About a month ago, I was in Lithuania and rented a car there. They charged me a total of 150 euros for two traffic ticket notifications. Note that they didn't even pay the fines; they charged me 75 euros per fine simply for emailing me about them. The fines are still unpaid. Isn't this outright fraud? Apparently, charging a notification fee is in the contract. Tourists, be very careful and stay away from scammers. Admita (Enterprise Car Rental), Vilnius I’ve been renting with Admita for 10+ years and they remain the best in Vilnius for quality and price. The team is professional, friendly, and trustworthy—I’ve never had any nonsense around “mystery scratches” or surprise damage claims. Pick-up and drop-off are smooth and on time. Fleet is mostly solid mid-range cars (VW Passat, Škoda Superb, Toyota RAV4). I’d love to see a premium/luxury option (Lexus, BMW, etc.) in the future. Only caveat: there’s a €15 cleaning fee unless you return the car completely clean inside and out. It would be great if this were clearly stated in the booking flow. Overall, a reliable, fairly priced rental company with excellent service. Well done, team. Rodyti mažiau

Well where do we begin…to get the car is like signing a mortgage agreement, just takes longer. We have an app to speed up, that has…nothing. Hey we get the car rubbish breaks but, filter changed few years ago but at least matches the environment. So guy asked me if to return it clean if not be 15 euro to clean it. Inside was clean, outside is snowing…entire road is sh…even in the parking is sh…how to return it clean - wipe it in the parking? So we charge 30 :) welcome to the jungle. Rodyti mažiau

Very bad experience. Was asked to pay additional fee for cleaning a car - which was not mentioned in car rental conditions. Some parts of the car were not clean upon pick up.
