Truffatori. Fatto preventivo con una compagnia che si appoggia a questa discutibile società di noleggio. Avevo incluso l’assicurazione kasco, la possibilità di espatriare in Lettonia ed Estonia. Ma quando arrivo lì sorpresa, cambiano tutto. Via la kasco, espatrio da pagare a parte ad un prezzo maggiorato. Ritornato in Italia mi addebitano 75 euro per una multa presa di 21 euro (da pagare a parte e in autonomia). Quindi 75 euro solo per riprendersi dallo shock di dovermi inoltrare la multa. Ok, nelle clausole era previsto, ma non li giustificano e non forniscono il dettaglio. E ciliegina sulla torta, la mia caparra di 300 euro è ancora bloccata da contabilizzare, nonostante non ci fossero danni e abbia inviato due mail per chiedere di sbloccare l’importo. Ich hatte ein Auto über Enterprise gemietet und die Abwicklung erfolgte über Admita. Mir wurden im Nachhinein 30 Euro für die Reinigung in Rechnung gestellt. Auf meine Nachfrage mir Bilder von dem schmutzigen Auto zu schicken erfolgte keine Antwort, trotz mehrfacher Anfrage. Ich habe den Eindruck, es handelt sich um eine Masche, um zusätzlich Kunden ab zu zocken. Wenn man sich hinterher nicht ärgern möchte, sollte man die Firma eher meiden. Rodyti mažiau

Taip pat jau pirmąją dieną baigėsi langų skystis,malonu būtų nesivarginti tokiais dalykais,kai turėjo būtų atlikta apžiūra po praeito kliento (papildysiu dėl salono valymo taip pat reiktų tikrinti darbuotojų darbą). Renters bewareAlthough the staff are pleasant, service is quite slow. When returning the vehicle there were at least 4 other people in the back at one point with only one person at the front desk. Had to wait 25 minutes to collect my invoice and complain that they forgot to include a snow brush/ ice scrapper in my vehicle for my rental. I had to buy one out of pocket at the gas station the next day.If you rent a vehicle with a credit card that has accident coverage and damage waiver protection like I have available through my personal business credit card provider, then do you typically decline the rental agency's coverage right? That was my case with a recent rental through Admita. Unfortunately, the vehicle I rented was returned with a scratched front bumper and therefore I was on the hook for the damages. I've rented many vehicles over the years for business purposes and sometimes accidents happen and we pay for the consequences. But here's where you can tell rental car companies apart from one another:Good Rental Agencies:Will often withhold charging the renter for damages for period of up to a couple of weeks until a repair estimate can be obtained for accident claim proof. They do have your credit card on file so it's not like you won't pay at some point.Bad Rental Agencies:They inform you of the damage, add an administrative fee for inspecting the damage (themselves), arbitrarily come up with a damage amount, and do not provide you with a repair estimate for your insurer to validate the claim.Admita falls under the bad rental agency group for that reason. I was charged 1,060 Euro 4 days after returning the vehicle for a scratch to a bumper which will never get fixed. I'm not a body repair person, but something tells me they're going to pocket the amount and carry on like nothing happened.Will Admita provide a damage repair estimate? If they don't because it says in their contract they're not obligated to, then all the more reason steer clear from renting any vehicle from these guys. Rodyti mažiau
