The person that gave me my car said that they got my order 30 min ago, even tho i ordered it 2-3 WEEKS before hand. He then charged me 25 euros for a late night fee, wich should be included in the price at booking. I ordered a golf, got a passat stationwagen... huge car compared to what i wanted.Now they claim that I've made a traffic violation. They don't have a ticket that shows the violation, and have automatically deducted 75 euros for a ADMINSTRATION FEE! 75 Euros for them to send me an email with no evidence, on top of that they are telling me that I have to pay the ticket also, wich I don't have a clue about. I think this is just some made up scam.Be careful. They will take your credit card information at arrival and write it down, and deduct you automatically without authorization from you.(Answer to admita):Youre saying that they late night fee should be included in the price for my third party online booking, yet you still charged me the late night fee.I have contacted you on e-mail, but you are not answering your e-mails. Ich hatte ein Auto über Enterprise gemietet und die Abwicklung erfolgte über Admita. Mir wurden im Nachhinein 30 Euro für die Reinigung in Rechnung gestellt. Auf meine Nachfrage mir Bilder von dem schmutzigen Auto zu schicken erfolgte keine Antwort, trotz mehrfacher Anfrage. Ich habe den Eindruck, es handelt sich um eine Masche, um zusätzlich Kunden ab zu zocken. Wenn man sich hinterher nicht ärgern möchte, sollte man die Firma eher meiden. Rodyti mažiau

Generally I got positive experience. Just some points for improvement. 1) Having clear instructions on how to find the office at Vilnius airport would be great. E.g. a picture with some arrows to follow. I spent much time to find it. 2) I was convinced that returning a car with an empty tank was a preferrable option to me (though my initial request was for a full tank). But it wasn't. Please just avoid convincing clients choosing this "empty tank" option. I take a full tank, and before returning a car I fuel it to full and return. It's simple and straightforward. Otherwise you either deceive your clients (because nobody can drive with a really empty tank) or destroy fuel pumps in your cars. 3) Though it's not for me to decide, but summer textile rugs against winter permanent shlapdriba is beyond my understanding. 4) It would be great to know what anti-freeze washing liquid was there. I see, it's up to clients, but I took the car in the late evening when it was -5C, and the liquid worked, but in the morning at -12C it was frozen, so I couldn't use your car properly/safely.
