Niet hier huren.Na het inleveren van de auto in Vilnius werd ik beschuldigd van roken in de auto, terwijl wij niet roken. Vervolgens stuurden ze foto’s van sigarettenresten en probeerden ze schoonmaakkosten te rekenen en mijn borg in te houden.Gelukkig had ik bij het ophalen en inleveren alles gefilmd en gefotografeerd. Daardoor kon ik aantonen dat de foto’s die zij stuurden niet overeenkwamen met de staat van de auto toen ik hem had ingeleverd.Daarna volgden maanden van eindeloze e-mails voordat mijn borg uiteindelijk werd terugbetaald.Dit was de tweede keer dat ik hier huurde en opnieuw problemen kreeg bij het inleveren. Dat zegt voor mij alles.Eerlijk gezegd: als ik geen foto’s en video had gemaakt, was ik mijn borg waarschijnlijk gewoon kwijt geweest.Ik huur hier nooit meer.Loop gewoon een paar minuten verder naar GBY Nuoma. Pirmoji patirtis su šią nuomos įmone prasidėjo ne taip kaip tikėjomes. Rezervavome internetu su pilnu draudimu,atvykus į punktą mums paaiškino,kad turime tik kėbulo draudimą ir reikalinga papildoma priemoka pilnam (parodžius ką užsisakėme,vistiek įtikinėjo,kad ne). Taip pat jau pirmąją dieną baigėsi langų skystis,malonu būtų nesivarginti tokiais dalykais,kai turėjo būtų atlikta apžiūra po praeito kliento (papildysiu dėl salono valymo taip pat reiktų tikrinti darbuotojų darbą). When I got the car I was told that my own share for damages is a maximum of 300 euros. But because of one damage that another car was at fault and a damage report was written, a full 600 euros were deducted which was the deposit!!!! Rodyti mažiau

I had a highly disappointing experience with this rental service, and it will be my first and last time using it. Upon collecting the vehicle, I was unexpectedly required to argue at the counter because my Spanish bank-issued credit card did not have embossed numbers. Despite my card containing my full name and matching all necessary details, they insisted this was an issue. When I requested clarification on where this requirement was stated in their policy, they reluctantly proceeded with the rental. To make matters worse, upon returning the car, I was charged €15 for cleaning because customers are expected to wash and clean the interior before return. This policy is particularly absurd during Lithuania’s wet winter months, where it’s inevitable that shoes bring in dirt and moisture. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to return a spotless car — regular vacuuming between rentals should be standard practice. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service and strongly advise others to avoid it. Rodyti mažiau
