Niet hier huren.Na het inleveren van de auto in Vilnius werd ik beschuldigd van roken in de auto, terwijl wij niet roken. Vervolgens stuurden ze foto’s van sigarettenresten en probeerden ze schoonmaakkosten te rekenen en mijn borg in te houden.Gelukkig had ik bij het ophalen en inleveren alles gefilmd en gefotografeerd. Daardoor kon ik aantonen dat de foto’s die zij stuurden niet overeenkwamen met de staat van de auto toen ik hem had ingeleverd.Daarna volgden maanden van eindeloze e-mails voordat mijn borg uiteindelijk werd terugbetaald.Dit was de tweede keer dat ik hier huurde en opnieuw problemen kreeg bij het inleveren. Dat zegt voor mij alles.Eerlijk gezegd: als ik geen foto’s en video had gemaakt, was ik mijn borg waarschijnlijk gewoon kwijt geweest.Ik huur hier nooit meer.Loop gewoon een paar minuten verder naar GBY Nuoma. Very good and pleasant experience! The cars are clean, well-maintained, and in excellent technical condition. if you don’t have credit card you need to pay 200€ more. Then you have to ask for your deposit which was not automatically released and they sent it weeks to late. And now they charge extra 75€ for a parking ticket which I showed them in advance. I could not pay it directly because I wasn't owner of the car. So I was forced to wait and get charged 75€ on top of the parking ticket from the car rental. 75€ to open a letter and forward an email to me. Rodyti mažiau

The person that gave me my car said that they got my order 30 min ago, even tho i ordered it 2-3 WEEKS before hand. He then charged me 25 euros for a late night fee, wich should be included in the price at booking. I ordered a golf, got a passat stationwagen... huge car compared to what i wanted.Now they claim that I've made a traffic violation. They don't have a ticket that shows the violation, and have automatically deducted 75 euros for a ADMINSTRATION FEE! 75 Euros for them to send me an email with no evidence, on top of that they are telling me that I have to pay the ticket also, wich I don't have a clue about. I think this is just some made up scam.Be careful. They will take your credit card information at arrival and write it down, and deduct you automatically without authorization from you.(Answer to admita):Youre saying that they late night fee should be included in the price for my third party online booking, yet you still charged me the late night fee.I have contacted you on e-mail, but you are not answering your e-mails.
