Generally I got positive experience. Just some points for improvement. 1) Having clear instructions on how to find the office at Vilnius airport would be great. E.g. a picture with some arrows to follow. I spent much time to find it. 2) I was convinced that returning a car with an empty tank was a preferrable option to me (though my initial request was for a full tank). But it wasn't. Please just avoid convincing clients choosing this "empty tank" option. I take a full tank, and before returning a car I fuel it to full and return. It's simple and straightforward. Otherwise you either deceive your clients (because nobody can drive with a really empty tank) or destroy fuel pumps in your cars. 3) Though it's not for me to decide, but summer textile rugs against winter permanent shlapdriba is beyond my understanding. 4) It would be great to know what anti-freeze washing liquid was there. I see, it's up to clients, but I took the car in the late evening when it was -5C, and the liquid worked, but in the morning at -12C it was frozen, so I couldn't use your car properly/safely. Excellent experience for me as well. The agency gave me good advice on what car to choose to travel across Lithuania, there was a possibility to extend to one other country which allowed me to visit Rundāle. The young lady was very helpful when I arrived at the airport late in the evening, and returning the car was equally efficient. If you opt for an Android Auto system for navigation, you may need to bring an USB-C / USB-C cable as the bluetooth connection does not always allow for it. Rodyti mažiau

About a month ago, I was in Lithuania and rented a car there. They charged me a total of 150 euros for two traffic ticket notifications. Note that they didn't even pay the fines; they charged me 75 euros per fine simply for emailing me about them. The fines are still unpaid. Isn't this outright fraud? Apparently, charging a notification fee is in the contract. Tourists, be very careful and stay away from scammers.
