Mein Mann und ich haben über eine Stunde nach einem langen Flug am Schalter stehen müssen - es waren lediglich zwei Personen vor uns. Am Schalter habe ich dann erfahren, dass ich eine Gebühr von 25 Euro zahlen müsse, weil ich das Auto in der Nacht abgeholt habe. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass ich über eine Stunde in der Schlange warten musste, bis ich das Auto abholen konnte? Ich wurde im übrigen bei der Buchung vorher nicht über die 25 Euro "Nachttarif" informiert. Am Schalter angekommen wurde mir erklärt, das Booking nur der broker sei, die Versicherung die ich abgeschlossen habe nicht sinnvoll sei, sodass ich noch eine Versicherung abschließen musste. Ich habe also für zwei Tage statt 60 Euro, 160 Euro gezahlt. Mein Mann und ich haben das Auto kaum genutzt und haben es nach 1,5 Tagen in einem einwandfreien Zustand abgegeben. Ohne nochmals mit mir zu sprechen wurden mir 30 Euro für eine vermeintliche Reinigungsgebühr in Rechnung gestellt. Auf Anfrage für Beweisbilder wurde nicht reagiert. Normalerweise würde ich über sowas hinwegsehen, Geld kommt und geht und es ist den Stress nicht wert. Aber ich bin es so leid, dass solche Maschen immer wieder versucht werden! Ihr seid ein Autovermietungsunternehmen an einem Flughafen - sowas habt ihr doch nicht nötig! Ich würde wirklich allen empfehlen ein professionelles Unternehmen zu wählen und Admita Car Rental unbedingt zu meiden. Rodyti mažiau

I have rented a few times from Alamo / Admita. Generally was ok. On my last rental I been charged for cleaning charge after the bird strike. Despite having full insurance and an initial report from Admita that the front bumper is scratched (accident covered by insurance), later I was issued a cleaning charge without any explanation or substantiation. I received no replies to my emails. During a call with an Admita employee, I was told that the charges against me were incorrect. However, the next day, another employee strongly denied the previous day's call, sticking to the unreasonable charges. After four days of chasing for cleaning substantiation, I was finally sent a picture of what was supposedly damaged, along with irrelevant receipts that had nothing to do with the charges. Very poor communication and a lack of understanding that charges need to be explained to the customer in a detailed way before deducting the money, and not to hide behind ‘no reply’ emails. This is the last time I rented a car through Alamo/Admita. Update on the previous review: Admita had come back and solved the issue. Rodyti mažiau

AVOID AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE! I have rented cars in over 30 countries and have seen all kinds of shady tactics to upcharge the customers. They have created a policy that will charge you 15 euros up front for a car wash, or a 30 euro fine for an unwashed car! Or you can spend your vacation time washing the car yourself. When we picked up the car it had a dirty windshield and had plenty of scratches and dings. Oh, and also, don’t expect them to return your deposit after inspection! The only thing you will receive early are any fees/fines. Not worth the headache. Use something else. They are also known as TopRent or Enterprise Rent a Car. Avoid that booth in VNO airport. Renters bewareAlthough the staff are pleasant, service is quite slow. When returning the vehicle there were at least 4 other people in the back at one point with only one person at the front desk. Had to wait 25 minutes to collect my invoice and complain that they forgot to include a snow brush/ ice scrapper in my vehicle for my rental. I had to buy one out of pocket at the gas station the next day.If you rent a vehicle with a credit card that has accident coverage and damage waiver protection like I have available through my personal business credit card provider, then do you typically decline the rental agency's coverage right? That was my case with a recent rental through Admita. Unfortunately, the vehicle I rented was returned with a scratched front bumper and therefore I was on the hook for the damages. I've rented many vehicles over the years for business purposes and sometimes accidents happen and we pay for the consequences. But here's where you can tell rental car companies apart from one another:Good Rental Agencies:Will often withhold charging the renter for damages for period of up to a couple of weeks until a repair estimate can be obtained for accident claim proof. They do have your credit card on file so it's not like you won't pay at some point.Bad Rental Agencies:They inform you of the damage, add an administrative fee for inspecting the damage (themselves), arbitrarily come up with a damage amount, and do not provide you with a repair estimate for your insurer to validate the claim.Admita falls under the bad rental agency group for that reason. I was charged 1,060 Euro 4 days after returning the vehicle for a scratch to a bumper which will never get fixed. I'm not a body repair person, but something tells me they're going to pocket the amount and carry on like nothing happened.Will Admita provide a damage repair estimate? If they don't because it says in their contract they're not obligated to, then all the more reason steer clear from renting any vehicle from these guys. Rodyti mažiau
