Generally I got positive experience. Just some points for improvement. 1) Having clear instructions on how to find the office at Vilnius airport would be great. E.g. a picture with some arrows to follow. I spent much time to find it. 2) I was convinced that returning a car with an empty tank was a preferrable option to me (though my initial request was for a full tank). But it wasn't. Please just avoid convincing clients choosing this "empty tank" option. I take a full tank, and before returning a car I fuel it to full and return. It's simple and straightforward. Otherwise you either deceive your clients (because nobody can drive with a really empty tank) or destroy fuel pumps in your cars. 3) Though it's not for me to decide, but summer textile rugs against winter permanent shlapdriba is beyond my understanding. 4) It would be great to know what anti-freeze washing liquid was there. I see, it's up to clients, but I took the car in the late evening when it was -5C, and the liquid worked, but in the morning at -12C it was frozen, so I couldn't use your car properly/safely. Excellent experience for me as well. The agency gave me good advice on what car to choose to travel across Lithuania, there was a possibility to extend to one other country which allowed me to visit Rundāle. The young lady was very helpful when I arrived at the airport late in the evening, and returning the car was equally efficient. If you opt for an Android Auto system for navigation, you may need to bring an USB-C / USB-C cable as the bluetooth connection does not always allow for it. Rodyti mažiau

Truffatori. Fatto preventivo con una compagnia che si appoggia a questa discutibile società di noleggio. Avevo incluso l’assicurazione kasco, la possibilità di espatriare in Lettonia ed Estonia. Ma quando arrivo lì sorpresa, cambiano tutto. Via la kasco, espatrio da pagare a parte ad un prezzo maggiorato. Ritornato in Italia mi addebitano 75 euro per una multa presa di 21 euro (da pagare a parte e in autonomia). Quindi 75 euro solo per riprendersi dallo shock di dovermi inoltrare la multa. Ok, nelle clausole era previsto, ma non li giustificano e non forniscono il dettaglio. E ciliegina sulla torta, la mia caparra di 300 euro è ancora bloccata da contabilizzare, nonostante non ci fossero danni e abbia inviato due mail per chiedere di sbloccare l’importo. Debut de la location : on presente une carte de credit mais ils vous disent que c'est une carte de debit (c'est marqué sur ma carte, "carte de credit") Milieu de location : la voiture rappelle une révision du véhicule à faire + manque de liquide lave glace Fin de location : "ça sent la cigarette dans la voiture et il y a 3 cendres, vous avez fumé". Nous voyageons avec enfants et ne fumons pas dans la voiture mais seulement à l'extérieur. Ils vous demandent 250€ pour 3 cendres rentrées malencontreusement dans la voiture alors qu'on avait en plus, payé 15€ de ménage à la prise en charge. Des voleurs, des escrocs, nuls, nuls, nuls, changez de boulot, vendez des magnets mais arrêtez de voler les touristes. We had a very bad experience with them during our collection on 08/07/2025. Firstly, we had to wait over 2 hours, and the staff were very rude. Some of them were new and clearly lacked the experience needed to do their job properly, which was quite disappointing. Secondly, the car was not in good condition — there was a loud noise coming from the rear wheel, indicating that it hadn’t been properly checked for a long time. Additionally, the car had not been cleaned on the outside. I understand that the weather was rainy, but it’s disappointing to be asked to return a clean car when it wasn’t provided in a clean condition in the first place. However, at the end, it was quite funny to receive an email claiming that damage was found after I returned the car. I had already told them that I have video evidence from both when I collected and returned the car, and I asked them to provide proof that the damage occurred during my rental period. Shortly after, I received another email saying it was a mistake. So, people should be very careful with this company — it seems that if someone doesn’t know their rights, they might get charged without reason. That’s not just unfair, it’s illegal. Overall, the service from the Enterprise/Admita office team was extremely poor this time. For people looking to rent a car, it might be worth considering whether to pay a bit more and go with a reputable company, or pay less and potentially face a lot of problems in the end. Maximaal 2 minuten lopen.De medewerkers zijn uitermate behulpzaam en vriendelijk.Het vervoer was netjes en goed verzorgd.Zonder meer een aanrader als je een auto nodig hebt.Zowel het ophalen van de auto als het inleveren ging soepel en voorspoedig Rodyti mažiau
