Mein Mann und ich haben über eine Stunde nach einem langen Flug am Schalter stehen müssen - es waren lediglich zwei Personen vor uns. Am Schalter habe ich dann erfahren, dass ich eine Gebühr von 25 Euro zahlen müsse, weil ich das Auto in der Nacht abgeholt habe. Vielleicht lag es daran, dass ich über eine Stunde in der Schlange warten musste, bis ich das Auto abholen konnte? Ich wurde im übrigen bei der Buchung vorher nicht über die 25 Euro "Nachttarif" informiert. Am Schalter angekommen wurde mir erklärt, das Booking nur der broker sei, die Versicherung die ich abgeschlossen habe nicht sinnvoll sei, sodass ich noch eine Versicherung abschließen musste. Ich habe also für zwei Tage statt 60 Euro, 160 Euro gezahlt. Mein Mann und ich haben das Auto kaum genutzt und haben es nach 1,5 Tagen in einem einwandfreien Zustand abgegeben. Ohne nochmals mit mir zu sprechen wurden mir 30 Euro für eine vermeintliche Reinigungsgebühr in Rechnung gestellt. Auf Anfrage für Beweisbilder wurde nicht reagiert. Normalerweise würde ich über sowas hinwegsehen, Geld kommt und geht und es ist den Stress nicht wert. Aber ich bin es so leid, dass solche Maschen immer wieder versucht werden! Ihr seid ein Autovermietungsunternehmen an einem Flughafen - sowas habt ihr doch nicht nötig! Ich würde wirklich allen empfehlen ein professionelles Unternehmen zu wählen und Admita Car Rental unbedingt zu meiden. Rodyti mažiau

Truffatori. Fatto preventivo con una compagnia che si appoggia a questa discutibile società di noleggio. Avevo incluso l’assicurazione kasco, la possibilità di espatriare in Lettonia ed Estonia. Ma quando arrivo lì sorpresa, cambiano tutto. Via la kasco, espatrio da pagare a parte ad un prezzo maggiorato. Ritornato in Italia mi addebitano 75 euro per una multa presa di 21 euro (da pagare a parte e in autonomia). Quindi 75 euro solo per riprendersi dallo shock di dovermi inoltrare la multa. Ok, nelle clausole era previsto, ma non li giustificano e non forniscono il dettaglio. E ciliegina sulla torta, la mia caparra di 300 euro è ancora bloccata da contabilizzare, nonostante non ci fossero danni e abbia inviato due mail per chiedere di sbloccare l’importo. Debut de la location : on presente une carte de credit mais ils vous disent que c'est une carte de debit (c'est marqué sur ma carte, "carte de credit") Milieu de location : la voiture rappelle une révision du véhicule à faire + manque de liquide lave glace Fin de location : "ça sent la cigarette dans la voiture et il y a 3 cendres, vous avez fumé". Nous voyageons avec enfants et ne fumons pas dans la voiture mais seulement à l'extérieur. Ils vous demandent 250€ pour 3 cendres rentrées malencontreusement dans la voiture alors qu'on avait en plus, payé 15€ de ménage à la prise en charge. Des voleurs, des escrocs, nuls, nuls, nuls, changez de boulot, vendez des magnets mais arrêtez de voler les touristes. Vous donnez une très mauvaise impression de votre pays à l'arrivée et au départ alors que le voyage était incroyable. Bande d'escrocs Rodyti mažiau

We had a very bad experience with them during our collection on 08/07/2025. Firstly, we had to wait over 2 hours, and the staff were very rude. Some of them were new and clearly lacked the experience needed to do their job properly, which was quite disappointing. Secondly, the car was not in good condition — there was a loud noise coming from the rear wheel, indicating that it hadn’t been properly checked for a long time. Additionally, the car had not been cleaned on the outside. I understand that the weather was rainy, but it’s disappointing to be asked to return a clean car when it wasn’t provided in a clean condition in the first place. However, at the end, it was quite funny to receive an email claiming that damage was found after I returned the car. I had already told them that I have video evidence from both when I collected and returned the car, and I asked them to provide proof that the damage occurred during my rental period. Shortly after, I received another email saying it was a mistake. So, people should be very careful with this company — it seems that if someone doesn’t know their rights, they might get charged without reason. That’s not just unfair, it’s illegal. Overall, the service from the Enterprise/Admita office team was extremely poor this time. For people looking to rent a car, it might be worth considering whether to pay a bit more and go with a reputable company, or pay less and potentially face a lot of problems in the end. Ich hatte ein Auto über Enterprise gemietet und die Abwicklung erfolgte über Admita. Mir wurden im Nachhinein 30 Euro für die Reinigung in Rechnung gestellt. Auf meine Nachfrage mir Bilder von dem schmutzigen Auto zu schicken erfolgte keine Antwort, trotz mehrfacher Anfrage. Ich habe den Eindruck, es handelt sich um eine Masche, um zusätzlich Kunden ab zu zocken. Wenn man sich hinterher nicht ärgern möchte, sollte man die Firma eher meiden. Rodyti mažiau
