I was positively surprised with TopRent (Admita). Picking up was fast and painless, dropping off fast too. The car was clean, but wasn’t new and had scratches, but then it was the cheapest option among all other reliable rentals, ao can’t complain really. Generally I got positive experience. Just some points for improvement. 1) Having clear instructions on how to find the office at Vilnius airport would be great. E.g. a picture with some arrows to follow. I spent much time to find it. 2) I was convinced that returning a car with an empty tank was a preferrable option to me (though my initial request was for a full tank). But it wasn't. Please just avoid convincing clients choosing this "empty tank" option. I take a full tank, and before returning a car I fuel it to full and return. It's simple and straightforward. Otherwise you either deceive your clients (because nobody can drive with a really empty tank) or destroy fuel pumps in your cars. 3) Though it's not for me to decide, but summer textile rugs against winter permanent shlapdriba is beyond my understanding. 4) It would be great to know what anti-freeze washing liquid was there. I see, it's up to clients, but I took the car in the late evening when it was -5C, and the liquid worked, but in the morning at -12C it was frozen, so I couldn't use your car properly/safely. Thus, I think the agency should be involved too, at least helping with sharing information about specifics of washing liquid. Rodyti mažiau

I have rented a few times from Alamo / Admita. Generally was ok. On my last rental I been charged for cleaning charge after the bird strike. Despite having full insurance and an initial report from Admita that the front bumper is scratched (accident covered by insurance), later I was issued a cleaning charge without any explanation or substantiation. I received no replies to my emails. During a call with an Admita employee, I was told that the charges against me were incorrect. However, the next day, another employee strongly denied the previous day's call, sticking to the unreasonable charges. After four days of chasing for cleaning substantiation, I was finally sent a picture of what was supposedly damaged, along with irrelevant receipts that had nothing to do with the charges. Very poor communication and a lack of understanding that charges need to be explained to the customer in a detailed way before deducting the money, and not to hide behind ‘no reply’ emails. This is the last time I rented a car through Alamo/Admita. Update on the previous review: Admita had come back and solved the issue. Rodyti mažiau

Alamo Place and the staff working there are very professional and helpful. I always get nice, clean cars, and so far, no fake damages have been reported. This is the best company to rent a car from, as I’ve tried quite a few others and often had some issues. Just book with this company! Rodyti mažiau
