Admita (Enterprise Car Rental), Vilnius I’ve been renting with Admita for 10+ years and they remain the best in Vilnius for quality and price. The team is professional, friendly, and trustworthy—I’ve never had any nonsense around “mystery scratches” or surprise damage claims. Pick-up and drop-off are smooth and on time. Fleet is mostly solid mid-range cars (VW Passat, Škoda Superb, Toyota RAV4). I’d love to see a premium/luxury option (Lexus, BMW, etc.) in the future. Only caveat: there’s a €15 cleaning fee unless you return the car completely clean inside and out. It would be great if this were clearly stated in the booking flow. I had a highly disappointing experience with this rental service, and it will be my first and last time using it. Upon collecting the vehicle, I was unexpectedly required to argue at the counter because my Spanish bank-issued credit card did not have embossed numbers. Despite my card containing my full name and matching all necessary details, they insisted this was an issue. When I requested clarification on where this requirement was stated in their policy, they reluctantly proceeded with the rental. To make matters worse, upon returning the car, I was charged €15 for cleaning because customers are expected to wash and clean the interior before return. This policy is particularly absurd during Lithuania’s wet winter months, where it’s inevitable that shoes bring in dirt and moisture. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to return a spotless car — regular vacuuming between rentals should be standard practice. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. We had a very bad experience with them during our collection on 08/07/2025. Firstly, we had to wait over 2 hours, and the staff were very rude. Some of them were new and clearly lacked the experience needed to do their job properly, which was quite disappointing. Secondly, the car was not in good condition — there was a loud noise coming from the rear wheel, indicating that it hadn’t been properly checked for a long time. Additionally, the car had not been cleaned on the outside. I understand that the weather was rainy, but it’s disappointing to be asked to return a clean car when it wasn’t provided in a clean condition in the first place. However, at the end, it was quite funny to receive an email claiming that damage was found after I returned the car. I had already told them that I have video evidence from both when I collected and returned the car, and I asked them to provide proof that the damage occurred during my rental period. Shortly after, I received another email saying it was a mistake. So, people should be very careful with this company — it seems that if someone doesn’t know their rights, they might get charged without reason. That’s not just unfair, it’s illegal. Overall, the service from the Enterprise/Admita office team was extremely poor this time. For people looking to rent a car, it might be worth considering whether to pay a bit more and go with a reputable company, or pay less and potentially face a lot of problems in the end. Alamo Place and the staff working there are very professional and helpful. I always get nice, clean cars, and so far, no fake damages have been reported.
