Generally I got positive experience. Just some points for improvement. 1) Having clear instructions on how to find the office at Vilnius airport would be great. E.g. a picture with some arrows to follow. I spent much time to find it. 2) I was convinced that returning a car with an empty tank was a preferrable option to me (though my initial request was for a full tank). But it wasn't. Please just avoid convincing clients choosing this "empty tank" option. I take a full tank, and before returning a car I fuel it to full and return. It's simple and straightforward. Otherwise you either deceive your clients (because nobody can drive with a really empty tank) or destroy fuel pumps in your cars. 3) Though it's not for me to decide, but summer textile rugs against winter permanent shlapdriba is beyond my understanding. 4) It would be great to know what anti-freeze washing liquid was there. I see, it's up to clients, but I took the car in the late evening when it was -5C, and the liquid worked, but in the morning at -12C it was frozen, so I couldn't use your car properly/safely. Alamo Place and the staff working there are very professional and helpful. I always get nice, clean cars, and so far, no fake damages have been reported. Данная компания не возвращает депозит! 31 июля арендовали машину на 4 дня! Сегодня уже 18 сентября! Депозит так и не вернулся на карту! 24 августа были в Вильнюсе, но девушка в офисе ничего нам не могла сказать, не владела информацией (по ее словам проблема в нашем банке). В банке денег нет. На сообщения по эл.почте они не отвечают.
