The person that gave me my car said that they got my order 30 min ago, even tho i ordered it 2-3 WEEKS before hand. He then charged me 25 euros for a late night fee, wich should be included...Rodyti daugiau
The person that gave me my car said that they got my order 30 min ago, even tho i ordered it 2-3 WEEKS before hand. He then charged me 25 euros for a late night fee, wich should be included in the price at booking. I ordered a golf, got a passat stationwagen... huge car compared to what i wanted.Now they claim that I've made a traffic violation. They don't have a ticket that shows the violation, and have automatically deducted 75 euros for a ADMINSTRATION FEE! 75 Euros for them to send me an email with no evidence, on top of that they are telling me that I have to pay the ticket also, wich I don't have a clue about. I think this is just some made up scam.Be careful. They will take your credit card information at arrival and write it down, and deduct you automatically without authorization from you.(Answer to admita):Youre saying that they late night fee should be included in the price for my third party online booking, yet you still charged me the late night fee.I have contacted you on e-mail, but you are not answering your e-mails. Labai patiko, labai pigiai greitai išsinuomoavau beveik nauja automobilį. Depositas buvo tik 300 eurų kurį be jokių problemų po 3 savaičių grąžino i mano banko sąskaitą. Būtinai ir vėl iš čia issinomuosiu automobilį.
