Debut de la location : on presente une carte de credit mais ils vous disent que c'est une carte de debit (c'est marqué sur ma carte, "carte de credit") Milieu de location : la voiture rappelle une révision du véhicule à faire + manque de liquide lave glace Fin de location : "ça sent la cigarette dans la voiture et il y a 3 cendres, vous avez fumé". Nous voyageons avec enfants et ne fumons pas dans la voiture mais seulement à l'extérieur. Ils vous demandent 250€ pour 3 cendres rentrées malencontreusement dans la voiture alors qu'on avait en plus, payé 15€ de ménage à la prise en charge. Des voleurs, des escrocs, nuls, nuls, nuls, changez de boulot, vendez des magnets mais arrêtez de voler les touristes. Vous donnez une très mauvaise impression de votre pays à l'arrivée et au départ alors que le voyage était incroyable. Bande d'escrocs Rodyti mažiau

Renters bewareAlthough the staff are pleasant, service is quite slow. When returning the vehicle there were at least 4 other people in the back at one point with only one person at the front desk. Had to wait 25 minutes to collect my invoice and complain that they forgot to include a snow brush/ ice scrapper in my vehicle for my rental. I had to buy one out of pocket at the gas station the next day.If you rent a vehicle with a credit card that has accident coverage and damage waiver protection like I have available through my personal business credit card provider, then do you typically decline the rental agency's coverage right? That was my case with a recent rental through Admita. Unfortunately, the vehicle I rented was returned with a scratched front bumper and therefore I was on the hook for the damages. I've rented many vehicles over the years for business purposes and sometimes accidents happen and we pay for the consequences. But here's where you can tell rental car companies apart from one another:Good Rental Agencies:Will often withhold charging the renter for damages for period of up to a couple of weeks until a repair estimate can be obtained for accident claim proof. They do have your credit card on file so it's not like you won't pay at some point.Bad Rental Agencies:They inform you of the damage, add an administrative fee for inspecting the damage (themselves), arbitrarily come up with a damage amount, and do not provide you with a repair estimate for your insurer to validate the claim.Admita falls under the bad rental agency group for that reason. I was charged 1,060 Euro 4 days after returning the vehicle for a scratch to a bumper which will never get fixed. I'm not a body repair person, but something tells me they're going to pocket the amount and carry on like nothing happened.Will Admita provide a damage repair estimate? Excellent experience for me as well. The agency gave me good advice on what car to choose to travel across Lithuania, there was a possibility to extend to one other country which allowed me to visit Rundāle. The young lady was very helpful when I arrived at the airport late in the evening, and returning the car was equally efficient. If you opt for an Android Auto system for navigation, you may need to bring an USB-C / USB-C cable as the bluetooth connection does not always allow for it. Rodyti mažiau
