Депозит так и не вернулся на карту! 24 августа были в Вильнюсе, но девушка в офисе ничего нам не могла сказать, не владела информацией (по ее словам проблема в нашем банке). В банке денег нет. На сообщения по эл.почте они не отвечают. Поэтому друзья-белорусы, россияне (для нас им очень выгодно ссылаться на проблемы с банком) если хотите арендовать машину и сохранить деньги - обращайтесь в другой сервис! Show less

I have rented a few times from Alamo / Admita. Generally was ok. On my last rental I been charged for cleaning charge after the bird strike. Despite having full insurance and an initial report from Admita that the front bumper is scratched (accident covered by insurance), later I was issued a cleaning charge without any explanation or substantiation. I received no replies to my emails. During a call with an Admita employee, I was told that the charges against me were incorrect. However, the next day, another employee strongly denied the previous day's call, sticking to the unreasonable charges. After four days of chasing for cleaning substantiation, I was finally sent a picture of what was supposedly damaged, along with irrelevant receipts that had nothing to do with the charges. Very poor communication and a lack of understanding that charges need to be explained to the customer in a detailed way before deducting the money, and not to hide behind ‘no reply’ emails. This is the last time I rented a car through Alamo/Admita. Update on the previous review: Admita had come back and solved the issue. Show less

Ich hatte ein Auto über Enterprise gemietet und die Abwicklung erfolgte über Admita. Mir wurden im Nachhinein 30 Euro für die Reinigung in Rechnung gestellt. Auf meine Nachfrage mir Bilder von dem schmutzigen Auto zu schicken erfolgte keine Antwort, trotz mehrfacher Anfrage. Ich habe den Eindruck, es handelt sich um eine Masche, um zusätzlich Kunden ab zu zocken. Wenn man sich hinterher nicht ärgern möchte, sollte man die Firma eher meiden. Show less

I had a highly disappointing experience with this rental service, and it will be my first and last time using it. Upon collecting the vehicle, I was unexpectedly required to argue at the counter because my Spanish bank-issued credit card did not have embossed numbers. Despite my card containing my full name and matching all necessary details, they insisted this was an issue. When I requested clarification on where this requirement was stated in their policy, they reluctantly proceeded with the rental. To make matters worse, upon returning the car, I was charged €15 for cleaning because customers are expected to wash and clean the interior before return. This policy is particularly absurd during Lithuania’s wet winter months, where it’s inevitable that shoes bring in dirt and moisture. It’s unreasonable to expect customers to return a spotless car — regular vacuuming between rentals should be standard practice. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this service and strongly advise others to avoid it. Show less
