1.1. These Rules govern the procedure for ordering, using, payment, security, and data protection of parking services provided by UAB Admita (hereinafter \u2013 the Company).<\/p>\n
1.2. These Rules are mandatory for all Clients \u2013 both individuals and legal entities \u2013 who use or act in relation to the Company’s services.<\/p>\n
1.3. Use of the services shall be deemed as the Client\u2019s agreement to the Rules. A contractual relationship begins when the Client makes a reservation and pays for services online, or starts using the services in practice.<\/p>\n
1.4. The Rules also apply if the Client enters the parking lot without an online reservation (implied conduct).<\/p>\n
1.5. The Company reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time. Each time a reservation is made, the Client confirms agreement with the version in force at that time.<\/p>\n
1.6. Continued use of services after amendments come into force is deemed acceptance of the new version. If the Client does not agree \u2013 they must immediately cease using the services.<\/p>\n

2. ORDERING SERVICES<\/h2>\n
2.1. Services must be booked in advance via www.admitaparking.com. The Client selects the parking lot, time, license plate number, and any additional services.<\/p>\n
2.2. A booking is valid only after successful payment. The Client receives a confirmation email with reservation code and entry instructions.<\/p>\n
2.3. Clients must provide accurate data. The Company is not responsible for losses due to incorrect input.<\/p>\n
2.4. The booking is valid for the selected time only. Late arrivals or departures may incur additional fees.<\/p>\n
2.5. The Client must retain the booking confirmation until the service is completed.<\/p>\n
3. TYPES OF SERVICES & RESERVATION CONDITIONS<\/h2>\n
3.1. Two types of services are offered:<\/p>\n
With cancellation option: cancellation possible at least 24h before parking starts. Full refund issued.
\nWithout cancellation option: lower price but no changes or cancellations allowed.<\/p>\n
3.2. Price depends on service type, duration, and selected extras. Discounts and promotions may apply.<\/p>\n
3.3. The Company may change pricing but not for already paid reservations.<\/p>\n
4. PAYMENT<\/h2>\n
4.1. Payment is made electronically through the website (payment initiation, card, etc.).<\/p>\n
4.2. Prices are in euros (EUR), VAT included.<\/p>\n
4.3. After successful payment, confirmation is sent via email. If payment fails, the booking is not valid.<\/p>\n
4.4. For cancellations according to the rules, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the same account.<\/p>\n
5. CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGES<\/h2>\n
5.1. Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled only if the selected service included that option.<\/p>\n
5.2. Cancellation or date change can be made through the self-service system before the reservation starts or on the same day, if the vehicle hasn’t entered yet.<\/p>\n
5.3. If changes fail in self-service, the Client must immediately email info@admita.lt.<\/p>\n
5.4. Refunds are issued only if cancellation was made on time. No refunds for partial unused time.<\/p>\n
5.5. Each reservation is a single unit \u2013 it cannot be split or partially used.<\/p>\n
5.6. No extra charges apply for cancellation or rescheduling.<\/p>\n
6. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE<\/h2>\n
6.1. Entry is allowed during the reserved time. Departures delayed by more than 1 hour incur an additional daily fee.<\/p>\n
6.2. License plate recognition system is used. If entry fails, contact support.<\/p>\n
6.3. Cars must be parked in any available space unless otherwise indicated. Specific spaces are not reserved.<\/p>\n
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n
7.1. Clients must:<\/p>\n
Provide accurate reservation data;
\nEnsure vehicle is in working condition;
\nFollow public order and traffic regulations;
\nNot litter or damage the parking infrastructure.<\/p>\n
7.2. Clients acknowledge the parking area is not physically guarded. Cameras are for incident recording, not full security.<\/p>\n
7.3. The Company is not liable for:<\/p>\n
The vehicle or items inside it;
\nDamages caused by third parties;
\nLosses from incorrect data;
\nClient misconduct or rule violations.<\/p>\n
8. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING<\/h2>\n
8.1. Data is processed under GDPR and Lithuanian law. This includes name, email, license plate, payment details, and CCTV footage.<\/p>\n
8.2. Data is used for:<\/p>\n
Booking administration;
\nEntry\/exit control;
\nPayment\/accounting management;
\nEnsuring security.<\/p>\n
8.3. Data may be shared with third parties (payment processors, IT providers) strictly for service provision.<\/p>\n
8.4. Clients can request data review, correction, or deletion by emailing info@admita.lt.<\/p>\n
8.5. Detailed privacy policy is available on the website.<\/p>\n
9. FINAL PROVISIONS<\/h2>\n
9.1. The Company may update these Rules at any time by publishing a new version at https:\/\/admitaparking.com.<\/p>\n
9.2. The Rules take effect upon booking confirmation or actual use of services.<\/p>\n
9.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they fall under Lithuanian court jurisdiction at the Company\u2019s registered office.<\/p>\n
