We had a very bad experience with them during our collection on 08/07/2025. Firstly, we had to wait over 2 hours, and the staff were very rude. Some of them were new and clearly lacked the experience needed to do their job properly, which was quite disappointing. Secondly, the car was not in good condition — there was a loud noise coming from the rear wheel, indicating that it hadn’t been properly checked for a long time. Additionally, the car had not been cleaned on the outside. I understand that the weather was rainy, but it’s disappointing to be asked to return a clean car when it wasn’t provided in a clean condition in the first place. However, at the end, it was quite funny to receive an email claiming that damage was found after I returned the car. I had already told them that I have video evidence from both when I collected and returned the car, and I asked them to provide proof that the damage occurred during my rental period. Shortly after, I received another email saying it was a mistake. So, people should be very careful with this company — it seems that if someone doesn’t know their rights, they might get charged without reason. That’s not just unfair, it’s illegal. Overall, the service from the Enterprise/Admita office team was extremely poor this time. For people looking to rent a car, it might be worth considering whether to pay a bit more and go with a reputable company, or pay less and potentially face a lot of problems in the end. Show less

The person that gave me my car said that they got my order 30 min ago, even tho i ordered it 2-3 WEEKS before hand. He then charged me 25 euros for a late night fee, wich should be included in the price at booking. I ordered a golf, got a passat stationwagen... huge car compared to what i wanted.Now they claim that I've made a traffic violation. They don't have a ticket that shows the violation, and have automatically deducted 75 euros for a ADMINSTRATION FEE! 75 Euros for them to send me an email with no evidence, on top of that they are telling me that I have to pay the ticket also, wich I don't have a clue about. I think this is just some made up scam.Be careful. They will take your credit card information at arrival and write it down, and deduct you automatically without authorization from you.(Answer to admita):Youre saying that they late night fee should be included in the price for my third party online booking, yet you still charged me the late night fee.I have contacted you on e-mail, but you are not answering your e-mails. I have rented a few times from Alamo / Admita. Generally was ok. On my last rental I been charged for cleaning charge after the bird strike. Despite having full insurance and an initial report from Admita that the front bumper is scratched (accident covered by insurance), later I was issued a cleaning charge without any explanation or substantiation. I received no replies to my emails. During a call with an Admita employee, I was told that the charges against me were incorrect. However, the next day, another employee strongly denied the previous day's call, sticking to the unreasonable charges. After four days of chasing for cleaning substantiation, I was finally sent a picture of what was supposedly damaged, along with irrelevant receipts that had nothing to do with the charges. Very poor communication and a lack of understanding that charges need to be explained to the customer in a detailed way before deducting the money, and not to hide behind ‘no reply’ emails. This is the last time I rented a car through Alamo/Admita. Update on the previous review: Admita had come back and solved the issue. Show less

And now they charge extra 75€ for a parking ticket which I showed them in advance. I could not pay it directly because I wasn't owner of the car. So I was forced to wait and get charged 75€ on top of the parking ticket from the car rental. 75€ to open a letter and forward an email to me. Show less
