Данная компания не возвращает депозит! 31 июля арендовали машину на 4 дня! Сегодня уже 18 сентября! Депозит так и не вернулся на карту! 24 августа были в Вильнюсе, но девушка в офисе ничего нам не могла сказать, не владела информацией (по ее словам проблема в нашем банке). В банке денег нет. На сообщения по эл.почте они не отвечают. Поэтому друзья-белорусы, россияне (для нас им очень выгодно ссылаться на проблемы с банком) если хотите арендовать машину и сохранить деньги - обращайтесь в другой сервис! Show less

We had a very bad experience with them during our collection on 08/07/2025. Firstly, we had to wait over 2 hours, and the staff were very rude. Some of them were new and clearly lacked the experience needed to do their job properly, which was quite disappointing. Secondly, the car was not in good condition — there was a loud noise coming from the rear wheel, indicating that it hadn’t been properly checked for a long time. Additionally, the car had not been cleaned on the outside. I understand that the weather was rainy, but it’s disappointing to be asked to return a clean car when it wasn’t provided in a clean condition in the first place. However, at the end, it was quite funny to receive an email claiming that damage was found after I returned the car. I had already told them that I have video evidence from both when I collected and returned the car, and I asked them to provide proof that the damage occurred during my rental period. Shortly after, I received another email saying it was a mistake. So, people should be very careful with this company — it seems that if someone doesn’t know their rights, they might get charged without reason. That’s not just unfair, it’s illegal. Overall, the service from the Enterprise/Admita office team was extremely poor this time. For people looking to rent a car, it might be worth considering whether to pay a bit more and go with a reputable company, or pay less and potentially face a lot of problems in the end. Show less

Ich hatte ein Auto über Enterprise gemietet und die Abwicklung erfolgte über Admita. Mir wurden im Nachhinein 30 Euro für die Reinigung in Rechnung gestellt. Auf meine Nachfrage mir Bilder von dem schmutzigen Auto zu schicken erfolgte keine Antwort, trotz mehrfacher Anfrage. Ich habe den Eindruck, es handelt sich um eine Masche, um zusätzlich Kunden ab zu zocken. Wenn man sich hinterher nicht ärgern möchte, sollte man die Firma eher meiden. Show less
