1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. These Rules govern the procedure for ordering, using, payment, security, and data protection of parking services provided by UAB Admita (hereinafter – the Company).

1.2. These Rules are mandatory for all Clients – both individuals and legal entities – who use or act in relation to the Company’s services.

1.3. Use of the services shall be deemed as the Client’s agreement to the Rules. A contractual relationship begins when the Client makes a reservation and pays for services online, or starts using the services in practice.

1.4. The Rules also apply if the Client enters the parking lot without an online reservation (implied conduct).

1.5. The Company reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time. Each time a reservation is made, the Client confirms agreement with the version in force at that time.

1.6. Continued use of services after amendments come into force is deemed acceptance of the new version. If the Client does not agree – they must immediately cease using the services.

2. ORDERING SERVICES

2.1. Services must be booked in advance via www.admitaparking.com. The Client selects the parking lot, time, license plate number, and any additional services.

2.2. A booking is valid only after successful payment. The Client receives a confirmation email with reservation code and entry instructions.

2.3. Clients must provide accurate data. The Company is not responsible for losses due to incorrect input.

2.4. The booking is valid for the selected time only. Late arrivals or departures may incur additional fees.

2.5. The Client must retain the booking confirmation until the service is completed.

3. TYPES OF SERVICES & RESERVATION CONDITIONS

3.1. Two types of services are offered:

With cancellation option: cancellation possible at least 24h before parking starts. Full refund issued.
Without cancellation option: lower price but no changes or cancellations allowed.

3.2. Price depends on service type, duration, and selected extras. Discounts and promotions may apply.

3.3. The Company may change pricing but not for already paid reservations.

4. PAYMENT

4.1. Payment is made electronically through the website (payment initiation, card, etc.).

4.2. Prices are in euros (EUR), VAT included.

4.3. After successful payment, confirmation is sent via email. If payment fails, the booking is not valid.

4.4. For cancellations according to the rules, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the same account.

5. CANCELLATION AND DATE CHANGES

5.1. Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled only if the selected service included that option.

5.2. Cancellation or date change can be made through the self-service system before the reservation starts or on the same day, if the vehicle hasn’t entered yet.

5.3. If changes fail in self-service, the Client must immediately email info@admita.lt.

5.4. Refunds are issued only if cancellation was made on time. No refunds for partial unused time.

5.5. Each reservation is a single unit – it cannot be split or partially used.

5.6. No extra charges apply for cancellation or rescheduling.

6. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

6.1. Entry is allowed during the reserved time. Departures delayed by more than 1 hour incur an additional daily fee.

6.2. License plate recognition system is used. If entry fails, contact support.

6.3. Cars must be parked in any available space unless otherwise indicated. Specific spaces are not reserved.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

7.1. Clients must:

Provide accurate reservation data;
Ensure vehicle is in working condition;
Follow public order and traffic regulations;
Not litter or damage the parking infrastructure.

7.2. Clients acknowledge the parking area is not physically guarded. Cameras are for incident recording, not full security.

7.3. The Company is not liable for:

The vehicle or items inside it;
Damages caused by third parties;
Losses from incorrect data;
Client misconduct or rule violations.

8. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

8.1. Data is processed under GDPR and Lithuanian law. This includes name, email, license plate, payment details, and CCTV footage.

8.2. Data is used for:

Booking administration;
Entry/exit control;
Payment/accounting management;
Ensuring security.

8.3. Data may be shared with third parties (payment processors, IT providers) strictly for service provision.

8.4. Clients can request data review, correction, or deletion by emailing info@admita.lt.

8.5. Detailed privacy policy is available on the website.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. The Company may update these Rules at any time by publishing a new version at https://admitaparking.com.

9.2. The Rules take effect upon booking confirmation or actual use of services.

9.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, they fall under Lithuanian court jurisdiction at the Company’s registered office.

9.4. If any provision is deemed invalid, remaining provisions remain in effect.
