To rent a car, you must present a valid personal identification document (passport or ID card) and a valid driver’s license.

Most of the vehicles we offer are regularly available in our fleet. However, we reserve the right to provide a vehicle of the same or higher class if the specific model you selected is unavailable at the time of rental.

For example, if you reserved a Kia Ceed (compact class) but it’s not available, we may offer a Volkswagen Golf or another car from the same category.

If receiving a specific model is particularly important to you, we recommend contacting our team before making a reservation – we’ll check availability and confirm whether the requested vehicle is free.

Yes, you can reserve a car even if you don’t have a credit card.

When booking online – no advance payment is required, so a credit card is not needed.

At pickup – you’ll pay for the rental when collecting the car. Various payment methods are accepted: debit or credit card, and in some cases – even cash (depending on the chosen rental location).
